Solidarity In Action Trips Abroad

social justice
Take some time to make a difference in your own life and the lives of others. Making a decision to join one of our trips to Brazil, Ecuador, or Peru gives you a unique international opportunity to explore social justice through a series of volunteer placements and community development projects in developing countries.
You will be encouraged to engage in a variety of volunteer opportunities and spiritual experiences and will also receive exposure to Latin American and/or African culture through cultural experiences, language classes, outings, lectures, testimonies and hands-on solidarity work alongside locals in shantytowns and institutions

Our Mission

spiritual

Our goal is to offer participants a unique, hands-on international experience to explore the realms of social justice, spirituality, and community development projects in developing countries. Since the inception of Solidarity in Action Inc., over 250 individuals have made the decision to engage in this innovative program and explore issues in poverty and social justice in developing countries.

Whether working in education in shantytown
daycares and schools, conducting health campaigns,
working on ecological projects, or one of many other opportunities, you will develop a deeper sense of global awareness and injustice and are provided with opportunity for inspiration in the development of your own personal goals.

Volunteer opportunities, language classes, lectures, meetings and cultural excursions all provide occasions for exposure to local cultures, social justice issues, spirituality and community. Together as a group and as individuals, you are able to grow and discover your own passion to help make a difference in the world in solidarity.
